• IP address – used by ad networks to determine approximate geographic location for ad targeting.
• Advertising ID (Google GAID) – a resettable device identifier used for personalized advertising and analytics. You can reset or opt out of personalization at any time in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
• Device information – device model, operating system version, language, screen size, and app version, used to ensure compatibility and improve performance.
• Usage data – anonymous crash reports and feature-usage statistics to help us fix bugs and improve the App.

1.2 Files you process

PDF, image, Word, and Excel files that you open or import are processed locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or transmit your documents to any server. All file operations happen entirely on your device.

2. How We Use the Information

• Display relevant advertisements to support free access to the App.
• Process in-app purchases and manage your credit balance.
• Analyze anonymous usage patterns to improve App features and stability.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party SDKs which may collect data independently under their own privacy policies:

3.1 Appodeal (Ad Mediation)

We use Appodeal to display advertisements (banner, interstitial, and rewarded video). Appodeal and its mediation partners may collect your Advertising ID, IP address, and device information to serve personalized ads.

3.2 Google Play Billing

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment information. All transactions are handled by Google.

3.3 Google Mobile Ads SDK

Bundled within the Appodeal SDK, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may use your Advertising ID to improve ad relevance.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Information may be shared only in these limited circumstances:

• Ad partners – as described in Section 3, ad networks receive device and advertising identifiers to serve ads.
• Legal requirements – if required by applicable law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business transfer – in the event of a merger or acquisition, user data may be transferred to the new entity under the same privacy protections.

5. Data Retention

We retain anonymous analytics data for up to 24 months. Your files are never stored on our servers — they exist only on your device. You can clear all local App data at any time through your device's App Settings.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

7. GDPR – Rights for Users in the European Economic Area

If you are located in the EEA, you have the following rights:

• Access – request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Rectification – request correction of inaccurate data.
• Erasure – request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").

When you first launch the App in an EEA country, a consent form will be displayed (powered by Google UMP / Appodeal CMP) allowing you to manage your ad personalization preferences.

8. CCPA – Rights for California Residents

California residents have the right to:

• Know what personal information is collected and how it is used.
• Request deletion of personal information.
• Opt out of the "sale" of personal information. (We do not sell personal information.)
• Non-discrimination for exercising CCPA rights.

9. Advertising Opt-Out

You can limit personalized advertising at any time:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization (Android 12 and below) or Delete Advertising ID (Android 13+).
• Even after opting out, you may still see non-personalized ads.

10. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
